• All visitors are to report to the front-desk when checking in, to program the biometrics onto the access system

• Noise carries in the atrium, please refrain from speaking loudly or making a noise in the atrium.

• Please refrain from making noise in the apartments between the hours of 10pm and 8am

• Please do not leave garbage in the common property. Garbage is to be disposed-of at the bin in the stairwell on the "Green Route" (please refer to building map below)

• No smoking in the common property

• The drawing above shows the three evacuation routes out of the building: "Red Route", "Green Route" and "Blue Route"

• The Sky-Bridge to the Adderley building can be found along the "Blue Route" on the 3rd floor.

• There is a garbage-bin on every floor in the stairwell of the "Green Route" 

• Aside from the main entrance on Darling Street, there is a second entrance on Parliament Street. This can be accessed on the ground-floor along the "Blue Route". Please note: this entrance is locked every night at 10PM.

• The drawing shows the location of the four lifts in the building.
