VISITORS CENTRE

Here visitors will find useful info to assist you on your stay at Mutual Heights

• All visitors are to report to the front-desk when checking in, to program the biometrics onto the access system

• Noise carries in the atrium, please refrain from speaking loudly or making a noise in the atrium.

• Please refrain from making noise in the apartments between the hours of 10pm and 8am

• Please do not leave garbage in the common property. Garbage is to be disposed-of at the bin in the stairwell on the "Green Route" (please refer to building map below)

• No pets are allowed without prior written permission

• No smoking in the common property

• Please do not discard cigarette butts out of the windows, this has caused fires in the building in the past.

• No objects (including bottles) may be thrown or discarded from the windows or balconies 

• It is prohibited to hang laundry on the balconies or on the windows.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine

GENERAL

• The map below shows the three evacuation routes out of the building: "Red Route", "Green Route" and "Blue Route"

• The Sky-Bridge to the Adderley building can be found along the "Blue Route" on the 3rd floor.

• There is a garbage-bin on every floor in the stairwell of the "Green Route" 

• Aside from the main entrance on Darling Street, there is a second entrance on Parliament Street. This can be accessed on the ground-floor along the "Blue Route". Please note: this entrance is locked every night at 9PM.

• The drawing shows the location of the four lifts in the building.

MUTUAL HEIGHTS GYM

• The gym is located on the first floor, in the location highlighted by the orange cloud in the drawing below.

• The green, blue, red and purple lines indicate the routes from each of the four lifts to the gym

• The gym is dated, however is free to use to all short & long-term tenants.

• Please follow basic gym etiquette, specifically:

  • • Properly store weights after using them

    • Wipe down equipment after use

    • Use earphones when listening to music

ADDERLEY POOL & GYM

Certain apartments (i.e. those whose parking bay is in the Adderley building) can use the Adderley's pool and gym.

To access the Adderley pool and gym, please refer to the drawing and instructions below:

• Take "Lift E" to the 3rd floor and use the sky-bridge to cross to the Adderley

• Walk to the opposite corner of the parking garage (as shown by the light-blue line in the drawing below)

• Use your access-tag (or registered fingerprint) to access the Adderley's "Lift Lobby"

• Take the lift to floor 'J' of the Adderley to access the pool & gym.

  • • NB: DO NOT KNOCK ON DOORS AT THE ADDERLEY, THESE ARE PRIVATE RESIDENCES
